SUNDAY OF THE LORD’S PASSION
~ MARCH 28, 2010 ~
.WEEKEND MASS SCHEDULE
Please see Holy Week Schedule attached.
.RECONCILIATION/CONFESSIONS:
20 minutes before all weekend Masses or by appointment.

.PALM SUNDAY - recalls the messianic entrance of the Lord Jesus into Jerusalem, coming to complete his Paschal Mystery. This remembrance is made in each Mass. Where space permits, everyone gathers at the entrance of the church for the Blessing of Palm, followed with a procession lead by Altar Servers or Choir
.SACRAMENT
OF THE SICK -- will be celebrated at all the weekend Masses
for feast of Divine Mercy (April 10 & 11). This Sacrament is for
Catholics who are of an advanced age, preparing for surgery or
dealing with a serious illness or medical condition. It can be for a
person of any age but it is not intended to be received just for the
sake of receiving it. The communal celebration of this Sacrament
shows the strength of the faith community coming together to pray for
those who are sick.
A healing service will be held at a later date when
everyone will be invited to come forward. This will highlight the
healing ministry of the Church.
